چکیده
This work presents a two-stage operational transconductance amplifier suitable for sub-1 V operation. characteristic is achieved thanks to the adoption of bulk-driven non-tailed differential pair. Local positive feedback exploited boost equivalent first stage and quasi-floating gate approach enables class AB operation second stage. Implemented in standard 180 nm CMOS technology supplied at 0.6 V, exhibits 350 kHz gain bandwidth product phase margin 69° while driving 150 pF load. Compared other solutions literature, proposed one considerable performance improvement, especially large signal

Two-Stage Feedforward Class-AB CMOS OTA for Low-Voltage Filtering Applications
A compact OTA suitable for low-voltage active-RC and MOSFET-C filters is presented. The input stage of the OTA utilises the NMOS pseudo-differential amplifier with PMOS active load. The output stage relies upon the dual-mode feed-forward class-AB technique (based on an inverter-type transconductor) with common-mode rejection capability that incurs no penalty on transconductance/bias-current eff...

This paper presents a low-voltage low-power differential linear transconductor with near rail-to-rail input swing. Based on the current-mirror OTA topology, the proposed transconductor combines the Flipped Voltage Follower (FVF) technique to linearize the transconductor behavior that leads to classAB linear operation and the virtual transistor technique to lower the effective threshold voltages...
متن کاملLow Power Low Voltage Bulk Driven Balanced OTA
The last few decades, a great deal of attention has been paid to low-voltage (LV) low-power (LP) integrated circuits design since the power consumption has become a critical issue. Among many techniques used for the design of LV LP analog circuits, the Bulk-driven principle offers a promising route towards this design for many aspects mainly the simplicity and using the conventional MOS technol...

Background/Objectives: The main objective was to design a CMOS Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) for biomedical applications and high speed transmission with an operating voltage 0.4 V. Methods/Statistical Analysis: In this paper we have proposed an OTA using bulk driven technique. The transistors are working in weak-inversion. The design was simulated using conventional transistors....
متن کاملDesign of Gate-Driven Quasi Floating Bulk OTA-Based Gm–C Filter for PLL Applications
The advancement in the integrated circuit design has developed the demand for low voltage portable analog devices in the market. This demand has increased the requirement of the low-power RF transceiver. A low-power phase lock loop (PLL) is always desirable to fulfill the need for a low power RF transceiver. This paper deals with the designing of the low power transconductance- capacitance (Gm-...
